We are
offering the
rental of our 2 bedroom 2 bath condominium in the Palms at Wailea
Complex in Wailea, Maui, Hi. The Palms is a luxury complex, with modern
units spread over spacious, landscaped grounds. It is located close to
Ulua and Keawakapu beaches; see area map. The
property spans a gentle sloping hillside, and our unit is approximately
150 feet above sea level. Beautiful water features accent the garden,
and lead to the central area with great pool, hot tub, and lounge.
There is a tour desk to assist you with sightseeing and activities.
(Note that there is also a hotel lobby for those units managed by
Outrigger Maui, with which we have no affiliation). Minutes away are
the numerous Wailea golf courses, tennis facilities, restaurants, and
the Shops at Wailea. Our condominium has been upgraded to full air
conditioning, broadband wireless (or Ethernet) internet access,
and has of course a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave,
and George Foreman grill (latter on the lanai), as well as other amenities. Ours is a
ground-floor no-smoking unit overlooking an immense lawn, sloping
toward the west. The very large lanai (see floor plan) facilitates
outdoor living. We enjoy a beautiful Maui sunset at dinner every
night on the lanai..

One only has to drive through Kihei, just to the north
to
appreciate the absence of strip malls, traffic, and noise in Wailea. If
you wish to relax in a low-hassle serene and garden-like community,
Wailea is for you. Whereas there are other upscale communities in West
Maui, the Wailea - Makena area is unique in its superior climate and
easy access to the
airport and to all of Maui.
